          I bought this juicer two months ago on the basis of the Consumer Reports review and the positive reviews here. As a first-time juicer I must say it is all it is cracked up to be. I use it daily. Easily and quickly juices veggies, which is all I have juiced, this include carrots. Also cleans up easily, especially if you add the plastic bag to the catch bin. Takes me 10 minutes to prep my veggies, juice half a glass, clean up, and put it away. I rotate through the following veggies: celery, cucumbers, broccoli, cabbage, ginger(small piece), scallion, kale, and a carrot. Within days I started to feel noticeably better, more energy, however when I went to a full glass every day, it was too much and I had to go back to half a glass. I'm a convert. I also drink the juice of one lemon twice a day, part of a regimen in today's popular ph diet, which avoids acidic food to make your body more alkaline.
          For the price this thing is great, I'm sure the pricier juicers are better built, but this is a great juicer to try juicing to see if you really like it, it's a small investment. As there are no other reviews and selecting juicers can be confusing, I thought I'd offer some feedback. My 1.1 HP Hamilton Beach 67650 just arrived and I'm thrilled. It even juices ginger, which isn't an easy job for any juicer. My budget was very limited for this purchase, but I didn't want to compromise on quality. With this machine, I feel I got the equivalent of a juicer priced several times the price. More power than the $200 and up machines I was considering.
